Are you a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in large account acquisition and business growth? We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in a high-performance environment.

You will take full ownership of new client acquisition. You’ll build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, expand our service portfolio, and lead a passionate sales team to exceed targets. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in competitive B2B environments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Drive new client acquisition and achieve headcount & revenue goals
Build a robust pipeline of prospects and pursue large account sales
Execute monthly and quarterly sales targets with precision
Develop high-impact relationships with CXOs
Lead strategic sales planning aligned with business goals
Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team
Forge partnerships across industries and government sectors
Track performance metrics and optimize sales strategies

📈 Success Metrics (KPIs):
Daily in-person client meetings
Weekly proposal submissions
Forecasting accuracy
New client sign-ups

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/MBA from a top-tier B-School (preferred)
Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B Corporate Sales
Proven experience in high-pressure, competitive sales environments
Industry background in IT Staffing, GCCs, Telecom, BGV Services, Rewards & Engagement, or HR tech
