🎓 Education: Graduate and above in Architecture

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver store designs and BOQs to the execution team in coordination with HO Brand structure and Global counterparts
– Accountable for delivering drawings and BOQs as per SLA
– Coordinate with Global counterparts, external Architects, consultants, VM, Merchandisers, and operation team to finalize drawings, BOQs, and concepts
– Coordinate with Mall design team, Local Authorities for drawing Approvals
– Lead new developments and pilot projects from a design perspective
– Visit stores to guide vendors and execution team
– Support execution team and vendors for bill verification, as-built drawing preparation, and financial closures
– Stay updated on industry standards for materials and innovations
– Develop and manage Architects/consultants and their deliverables

Requirements:
– Preferably more than 6 years of experience in Retail Planning and Execution in the Retail industry.
