Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day team operations ensuring 100% utilization
- Coach and train new hires; provide regular performance feedback
- Drive productivity, quality, and SLA compliance
- Handle client interactions, queries, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
- Deliver insightful MIS reports (performance, productivity, error analysis)
- Own SOP updates and contribute to continuous process improvement
What We Are Looking For
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Experience or knowledge in the Title Industry / Mortgage domain
- Customer-focused with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
