About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts in the healthcare domain, specifically focusing on Medical Coding and RCM hiring. The ideal candidate must bring proven expertise in non-IT, bulk hiring and demonstrate strong team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end recruitment management, all within a compliant and process-driven framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function for healthcare verticals (Medical Coding, RCM, etc.)
Drive bulk hiring strategies and campaigns to meet high-volume recruitment demands.
Manage a team of recruiters; mentor, guide, and review performance to ensure delivery excellence.
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders; manage expectations and ensure alignment with hiring goals.
Ensure a seamless end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, maintaining compliance with internal and external standards.
Build talent pipelines and utilize innovative sourcing methods for niche healthcare roles.
Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Ensure a candidate-centric approach and promote the organization’s employer brand.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 10 years of overall experience in recruitment, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Current designation must be Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager in Talent Acquisition.
Strong exposure to non-IT hiring, specifically in healthcare (Medical Coding / RCM) domains.
Hands-on experience in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment campaigns.
Demonstrated experience in team management, performance tracking, and leadership.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of compliance, recruitment processes, and hiring standards.
Based in or open to relocating to Hyderabad – Kokapet.
