Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising (VM) principles and emerging trends
Excellent project management and organizational capabilities
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (preferred)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to audit and enhance VM practices
Willingness to travel extensively across Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion, or Retail Management
7–10 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within the retail apparel industry
Proven experience managing VM across multiple stores and executing national-level campaigns
Exposure to corporate team environments
