Budget- 12 -15 LPA.
We are looking for a Recruitment / Delivery Manager for Bangalore Location to design and oversee our company’s hiring target by servicing the end clientele.
Recruitment managers will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. To be successful in this role, recruitment managers should have prior experience screening and evaluating candidates. Candidates should also be knowledgeable about labor legislation.
Responsibilities
· Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
· Allocate the requirements to the team members and ensure allocation is being done to meet the monthly targets. Allocation of requirements should be done considering the priority of the requirement and the client needs and where team members would be able to score the numbers meeting their monthly target as well as organizational revenue/GP/GPM targets.
· Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes) If required post discussion.
· Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
· Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
· Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
· Research and choose job advertising options
· Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
· Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
· Coordinate with Account Managers/ Client POC to forecast future hiring needs
· Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
· Participate in job fairs and career events. Can mentor the team and train the freshers, can train the team on the benchmark practices of recruitment.
· Should be well versed in doing the recruitment from the social media like linked in, Instagram, Facebook etc..
· Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
· Should review weekly performance of the team members – Submission and Interview status, hire, on-boarding target.
· Ensure the preparation of weekly requirement tracker and real time status should be in place. Submission / Interview tracker, HC report should be prepared and maintained weekly for the weekly call to evaluate the individual members’ performance and to analyze the overall target achievement in terms of numbers, revenue and GP.
Requirements and skills
· Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like GitHub)
· Strong decision-making skills and communication skills.
